Dr. Oday Alnabhan is a multidisciplinary academic, human capital strategist, and business consultant with over 15 years of combined experience in higher education, organizational leadership, and strategic transformation. He currently serves as a Professor of Business Administration and Doctoral Dissertation Chair, mentoring doctoral candidates in applied research, leadership strategy, and innovation including the integration of AI into business models and workplace systems.
He is also the Founder and CEO of Clever Management Consulting, a U.S.-based firm specializing in HR solutions, operational improvement, and AI-informed data strategies. His consultancy supports organizations across multiple states with regulatory compliance, talent optimization, and scalable business performance frameworks.
Dr. Alnabhan holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Westcliff University in California, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Mut’ah University in Jordan. His doctoral research focused on the impact of emotional intelligence on sales performance in the U.S. telecom sector.
